OWL HOUSE AND FOSSIL CENTRE - NIEU-BETHESDA As of 1 September, entrance to the Owl House and the Kitching Fossil Exploration Centre will be by a single ticket. This new initiative reflects an evolving partnership between these organisations, under the banner of Nieu-Bethesda's Heritage Centre. Together, they are at the forefront of developing local resources for tourism, employment, and education. This includes proposals to establish a museum and archive of the Owl House and the village, disability access to the Owl House, a crafter's marketplace, and even a picnic area for visitors. Entrance fees, donations and sale items represent the only income of the Owl House Foundation and the Fossil Centre. Neither receive any form of official subsidy. These non-profit organisations are dedicated to the preservation of our local heritage. The price of tickets has been carefully balanced so that we can maintain or improve standards of conservation and service. In relation to general costs, this is fair value for the survival of the primary attractions to Nieu-Bethesda, and the engine of much of our local economy. Hours:
